Mouse House Farm consists of 106 acres of rolling hills in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Presently we have 8 paddocks ranging in size from small restricted exercise paddocks to a 15 acre rich flood plain field used for broodmares and foals. Fencing consists of 4 board oak 5+ ft tall in the stallion and smaller paddocks. A larger field bordered by brushlines is fenced with 5 ft no-climb fence and the lower fields are fenced with 3 rail split rail. There are two main barns; the lower barn is a traditional stone bank barn with 6 stalls that can be converted to 4 foaling stalls and 1 pony stall. It has a hot/cold water tack room and wash stand as well as camera facilities to monitor mares. This barn is primarily used for the mares of MHF.

In 2006, we undertook an extensive expansion project, adding an additional 13 stalls, work area and hay storage. This beautiful facility was constructed by Enos Smoker of White Rock Construction in Kirkwood, PA. Each stall is made with 2" oak tongue and groove woodwork, with an individual hay drop and rack. 4' X 4' windows were manufactured by Frey Brothers of Quarryville, PA as well as the window and stall screenings and slide doors. The windows are made with a shatterproof material and are protected by steel screens.

Facilities in the new barn include a heated tack room with hot/cold sink, bathroom, and feed room. There is also a wash stand with hot/cold water. A separate stall in our heated work area allows us to keep a horse somewhat isolated or warm , if necessary. In addition, we also have a lighted 70' X 200' riding arena. Plans for 2008 include the installation of several new paddocks and an outdoor arena.
